The Standard S is the latest model in the manual panel saw range from Striebig. It was developed to accommodate the popular scoring saw unit for perfect, chip-free cuts, which the traditional Standard model cannot accommodate. But Striebig also took that opportunity to incorporate a host of other features and design from their more automated models to produce this ultimate high-end manual panel saw. Such features include automatic locking rollers, pneumatic clamping of the carriage and digital measuring with motorized fine adjustments for the horizontal cuts. There is even a laser cut line guide for the horizontal cuts as well. Like the traditional Standard, it also has three choices of back support from all-aluminum to full wood, and a choice in between with wood support just for the smaller pieces. Simple to use, powerful, and full of convenience features, it’s as good as you get in a fully manual saw.
