• Machine base is manufactured from high-quality cast iron and incorporates strong interior construction supports to ensure motionless and vibration-free performance
• Helical tooling is carefully machined, tempered, and dynamically ground balanced
• 4” diameter spiral cutterhead, features six rows of carbide inserts to ensure longer-lasting and sharper tool life
• Newly designed outfeed pressure roller configuration features solid construction and spring-pressure adjustments to provide additional strength and ensure appropriate levels of tension
• Two 3” adjustable bed rollers for planing of rough or finished lumber, as well as glued panels
