The WEIMA WL series consists of robust, single-shaft industrial shredders designed primarily for processing wood waste, paper, and plastics into uniformly sized chips. Featuring Weima's patented V-rotor, a heavy-duty hydraulic ram, and a shock-absorbing gearbox, the WL line is engineered to maximize throughput while preventing material bridging.

The WL lineup is highly scalable, with models generally distinguished by their rotor length (in millimeters) and throughput capacity:

• WL 4 (Woodchuck): The compact, entry-level classic. It features a 252 mm rotor diameter, a 600 mm rotor length, and a 25 HP motor. It is ideal for small to mid-sized joinery shops.
• WL 6 / WL 600: Versatile, medium-capacity models perfect for general wood and paper waste. They offer 600 to 800 mm rotor lengths, 30 HP motors, and larger feed openings.
• WL 8: Built for higher-capacity industrial requirements. It features a 1,000 mm rotor, a 35 HP motor, and 54 indexable cutters for fast processing.
• Large-Capacity (WL 10, WL 15, WL 20): These heavy-duty models feature rotor lengths ranging from 1,000 mm to 2,000 mm and are designed for high-volume manufacturing facilities, sawmills, and massive wood waste.
